Jellyfin cannot access webui

The container can start and keep running but cannot access Jellyfin webui somehow. I tried to uninstall and install several times but the same. it show me the page of my ip refuse to connect and the error message below. I also tried different container and different folder setting but got the same result. Anyone can help？
