BTFRS Error State EA?

I am having issues writing to my unraid server and now my log is filled with following errors:

Any ideas?

One the pool devices dropped offline, check replace cables for sdk and post new diags after array start.

I noticed one of the Mirrored cache drives says it's healthy but wasn't showing a temperature.

After a clean shutdown and reboot, server came back with the 1 cache drive missing.

 

Pulled as much off of cache as possible for now - Ordered a new cable, maybe I should order a new drive too
