Hi got my a new m2 but have problems my windows 11 vm will not boot with it if the system have not been restart or power off

This it the error I have google and it sound like what the amd gpu could do in the past .

My system are with PCIe ACS Override setting enabled and pass a other m2 and USB controller and this the Samsung m2 hope I explained it good enough . Just ask if my writing or explaining are not good enough
