Unraid randomly crashing

Over the past few months my Unraid server has been randomly crashing. it seems to be occurring more frequently recently.

 

I have enabled the syslog server and the log is attached to this post, diagnostics are also attached. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Make sure this has been taken care of, you can also run memtest.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
