I've recently acquired a powerful server after a long time, and I've been struggling to identify the problem.

 

Here are the server specifications:

AMD Ryzen 5800x 16 Core

32 GB DDR4 RAM at 3600Hz

1 x 2 TB SSD Disk set as Cache for Data

1 x NVMe SSD set as Cache for Appdata

1 x NVMe set as Cache for Windows Virtual Machine (WM)

Additional components:

1 x Nvidia Quadro P400 for Plex transcoding

1 x Nvidia GTX 1060 for Windows Virtual Machine (WM)

 

And these HDDs:

My boot device is: Flash DataTraveler 3.0 - 31 GB (sda)

The problem is that it seems to freeze when updating Docker or when the server is performing certain tasks. It hangs very easily.

I'm attaching logs in the hope that someone can identify any major issues.
