February 7, 20242 yr I'm a beginner. Most of my knowledge is from YouTube videos and can't seem to figure out why I can't use get both nvme drives to work as a cache pool. I did smart self-test on the drives from which to my knowledge they both passed. The format feature didnt solve my issues. hogerthat-diagnostics-20240206-1732.zip
February 7, 20242 yr did you stop your array/raid? did you assign the nvme to RAID or CACHE? is there a cache pool available? were you able to assign the nvme to the cache pool? did you start the array/raid again by check boxing to format the new assigned drives? what was the result? error message or why do you think it did not work?

February 7, 20242 yr Author That did it, Reset the whole system. started the array and it worked. both are showing as operational.
