No GUI Access

Featured Replies

I plugged in a disk yesterday to preclear. When I restarted the server, the array was stuck on loading. Ended up having to hard shutdown, and now the GUI won't load. Server powers on, but the drives just sound like they're being constantly accessed and nothing is happening. Am able to ssh in and shutdown via command line. Is my USB borked? I was able to run a diagnostic; info is attached. Thanks in advance for any help.

There are what appear to be power/connection issues with this disk:

[4:0:0:0]    disk    ATA      ST14000NM001G-2K SN03  /dev/sdo   /dev/sg14

Cannot see the serial since it's missing from SMART
