Cache Pool "Used" value is much higher than it actually is. Why is this?

My 1TB Cache pool shows 583GB of space used on the Main page.  If I list files via terminal, I only get 387G (du -h).

 

What would cause this?

    The GUI will usually always show the correct used space, but please post the diagnostics.
