Can anybody make sense of these diagnostics for me please?

 

It's a 2TB WD RED that I bought 2nd hand just to get this server online and test Unraid.

 

Is it F'd? How long do you think I have left with it?

    Disk has a pending sector as is failing the extended SMART test, so ideally it would be replaced, a full disk write should get rid of the pending sector, though more can appear in the near future.
