Disabled Disk

I have a disk that went disabled this morning.  Trying to run an extended SMART Test, but unable to change spin down delay.  When I attempt to change the delay, I am unable to save the change.

 

Disk 2 is the problem.

 

Attached are my diagnostics.

    DIsk dropped offline and re-connected, SMART is showing some issues, reboot and run an extended SMART test.

    Extended smart test completed - Unraid states no errors found.
