April 2, 20242 yr Dear Unraid Support, On March 26th, I attempted to upgrade from Unraid Basic to Unraid Plus on your website before the major change in order to obtain an Unraid Plus Legacy license. However, I encountered an error message both on your website and on my bank's website. I tried again and encountered the same issue. My payments were eventually validated the next day. The problem is that I have paid twice for nothing. Therefore, I would like to upgrade to Unraid Plus Legacy and be reimbursed for the duplicate payment. If this is not possible, I would like a full refund.
