March 19, 200818 yr Ordered it and just received today. It's no stacker, but it's a lot less and still has a lot of bays. As configured it comes with six open 5.25" bays, plus three more 5.25" bays converted to 3.5". I bought two CoolerMaster 4-in-3 stacker bays (four 3.5" drives in the space of three 5.25" bays), so right now I have space for 11 drives (I could rip out the bottom drive bays and throw in another one of those CoolerMaster 4-in-3s, but I won't worry about that until I need that twelfth drive). Shipping was reasonable, only $17.10 for me. Product link: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0279208 For an even more bays, check out the Aerocool Masstige (it's getting harder to find, but newegg and directron still had some in stock last I checked). You'll pay over $100 though, I almost went with it but this Thermaltake case was pretty close and about half the price.
March 29, 200818 yr Nice case, just got mine in yesterday because of your post. Gonna put in 3 Athena 5 in 3 backplanes.
March 30, 200818 yr I bought one too, After seeing the centurion 590, I decided to reallocate this one to my quad core station and use the Centurion 590 for unRaid. With the 590 I plan to take off the smaller fans on the trayless sata removables and use the suction of the 120MM's to cool off the drives. However, the M9 is very a nice case and was well worth the price after rebate.
