N100 - speed/CPU issue, Maybe?

Good evening fellow Unraiders

I'm having an issue with my new motherboard witch has an N100 CPU on it.

The CPU is being hammerd when deluge is uploading with 400-500 Mbit. Its a single upload, to a single thread.

I'm wondering why the CPU-speed of the CPU hasent changed at-all at any given point yet?

It's a steady 2871 MHz, regardless if the CPU is stressed or idle?

 

I would think that the CPU wouldent be stressed from a little torrenting?

 

I havent been in the BIOS yet, but I wanted to hear ideas first, since I dont have much knowledge about how to regulate COU settings anyway :D

 

The BIOS may have an update?
