AndreasK Posted April 18 Share Posted April 18 Hello community, I need you help. My Trail Unraid-Installation expired and I tried to purchase a licence to upgrade to a full version. But when I try this a dialog shows which says: Upgrade to minimum version 6.12.8 first (actual Version is 6.12.6), then buy a licence. But I can't upgrade because it also says: Get a licence to update. How do I can fix this? Thx for your help! Quote Link to comment
Solution itimpi Posted April 18 Solution Share Posted April 18 You can do a manual upgrade to the current 6.12.10 release by following the procedure documented here in the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI. In addition every forum page has a DOCS link at the top and a Documentation link at the bottom. The Unraid OS->Manual section covers most aspects of the current Unraid release. Having done that the purchase option should now work. If you still encounter problems you will need to contact support as they handle all licencing issues. Quote Link to comment
