Disk with read errors

Hello,

 

Few weeks ago, one of the disk on my system had read errors. Back then I ran SMART tests that were successful and I did reboot the system.

Since then everything was fine but this week the same disk has read errors again

 

Could you please advise. What steps shoud I take?

    It's logged as a disk error, even if SMART looks good, run another extended test, but even if it passes, if there are any more errors I would consider replacing it.
