I just opened the web interface after noticing my docker containers aren't running and it seems the cache is mounted in read only. i don't really know how to start approaching the issue so i would appreciate the help.

Don't see any pool related errors in the syslog, but it already rotated, reboot and post new diags after array start.

Btrfs is detecting data corruption on all 3 pool devices:

Suggest starting by running memtest.

well that took a while but you were right it failed, so is there a way to know what stick of ram should i take out?

You can try removing two sticks, then retest, if still errors retest with just one, if no errors retest with the other two.
