newbie support needed - cannot access unraid from webgui

Featured Replies

Hi all, sorry, very much a novice when it comes to this. I have set up an unraid server which I could access via the webgui previously, but is now not showing up. I can still access the drives from within any of my windows computers on the networks, but am unable to manage anything.

I've installed PuTTY and can SSH into the server, but from there not really sure what I'm doing. I have managed to create a diagnostic, but unsure how to get that off the server and onto a windows pc so I can upload here for assistance.

kinda need some step by step instructions on what to do from here.

TIA!
