USB corrupted - backup was before a Disk replacement - super.dat wrong

USB got corrupted, files wiped out. Ended up having to reformat and redo it.

 

Unfortunately, I had replaced a Disk since I did the backup of the USB so of course, 1 drive is wrong now.

Have not started the array yet.

Parity is GOOD

 

Old was 4.7 with my drives in another machine. Currently going to be going to 5b11 (got a M1015 card which 4.7 does not support).

 

So how do I go from here?

 

initconfig

then start array, then do new permissions script?
