Unable to boot after login-attempt

Featured Replies

I recently tried to login to my server for an update. At this point i haven't tried to log in for about 2 months. During this period all Services (Docker-Container and Shares via SMB) worked just fine. After i tried to login via the Unraid web-UI the site showed no response and eventually i got a timeout error from my browser. All services that ran on my server stoped responding too and i could not acess the server via CLI or SMB either. I was able to acess the Dockers just a few minutes earlier.

After a hard-restart (I had to hold the power-button down in order to shut the server down) Unraid won't boot anymore. I was also unable to get an HDMI-Output from the Server. The message on my TV just changes from "Unconnected" to "No Signal" after i turn on the Server. The WebUI of my router also shows my server as being not connected.

I included the complete syslog since the last sucessful boot 2 months ago as an attachment, but it seems it doesn't include an error. My unsuccesful login attempt occured on August 15th at about 9pm. According to Windows the syslog-File was last edited on August 15th at 5am. My reboot attempts afterwards were also not loged.

In case it helps i also included the most recent Diagnostics-file from June 1th.

Thanks for your help.

That would imply a hardware issue. Perhaps try to reset the CMOS, or if the motherboard has a speaker connection see if you get any beep codes. Also maybe try removing the RAM, attempt a boot and see if you get error beeps at all.
