Unraid Connect webgui issues

Featured Replies

The Unraid Connect webgui is not allowing me to switch between my three servers.  It will connect to the first one I select then not switch to the other two when selecting server management for that machine.  I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

Having same problem, just spent half an afternoon figuring out the issue to no resolve....

have you had any luck on a fix yourself or is it purely an issue with the plugin?

Just as I replied to this I tested the basics, I'm connected locally as an fyi just in case.

Open a local connection using a normal route XXX.local ect..

Remove unraid connect in plugins > refresh the page > click the unraid icon top right and install unraid connect > refresh page once done again > click logo again & sign in

Such a massive inconvenience that I have to do this with 30+ systems one by one...

I've found no fix but at least a quick way to force the switch between servers.  On the dashboard, if you go to server details for the server you wanna see, then click on the refresh button a couple times then click on server management, it should switch to the server you want to look at.

Yup, it's an annoying extra step.

Further update I've noticed it works after reinstalling for a short period then it breaks again so i'm back to square one...

I'm noticing the same issue as well. I had thought it was me at first, as I have just rebuilt a server into a new box, and I thought I'd messed something up, but now I'm sure it's a bug in connect.
While it makes management of multiple servers more difficult, if you go to the 'server details' page and view all routes, you might be able to swap to your other servers. While not perfect, it works enough until the issue is fixed.

Hi All - we'll be looking into this issue ASAP. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

The correct server is always initially loaded when the manage link is clicked, but then the first one automatically reloads replacing it.

I'm "somewhat" sure this was working correctly in the previous version of Connect (before Sep 11 2024). I'd test that now, but I don't know how to roll back to a previous version without a github or other link to the raw plugin.

I believe I've fixed this now! Please make sure to click on the "Reload" banner in Connect and report back if there are still issues.

It seems to be working now, at least for me just trying it.
