Why I lose LAN connection when changing WAN network connection (on another machine!)?

Hi,
Could someone make sense of it for me, please?

I have two computers. Workstation and a server.

The workstation is connected to WAN via Wifi.

It is also connected to the server via an ethernet cable.

The server has its Internet connection, via ethernet cable going into its 2nd rj45 port.

Well, when I change the Internet connection to a different wifi network (like a hotspot from a smartphone converting 4G/5G), I can't connect to the server on lan anymore. What in the world? Does that make sense to you?

Also, my LAN speed is 2-3MB/s, which I gotta fix too. Maybe its related.

Okay, communication between Workstation with Windows 23H2 and Unraid server goes via the whole network they're connected to in the building (that I didn't setup), instead of directly.

Additionally, the Unraid is completely clogging the internet connection on the workstation, when there is some communication between the two devices.

Windows Event viewer shows such errors and warnings:

Name resolution for the name wpad timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Client PID 17644.
6062 - Lso was triggered

Name resolution for the name wpad timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Client PID 3740.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Does that point at any specific issue for you?

Also, FIx Common Problems plugin shows issue with DNS:
