  1. I didn't read all the post, nevertheless I would like to get a a simple yes no, whether it is possible to have wifi network connection on Unraid server and use Unraid Connect. (For LAN I use ethernet, WAN is accessible via Wifi only unfortunately.) Thanks
  2. I changed the config file name and booted OS back again. It got a new IP address 169.254.18...displayed when booting Unraid. This is not the IP I have on the workstation. Not even close. Nevertheless I used it to successfully connect from the workstation. Many thanks!
  3. The server shows 192.168.100.10. This is the new IP we have setup while creating a small subnet with extra switch and router. That subnet was still in WIP as never got connected to IPS directly to have fixed IP. Basically its just PC connected to a server which works as NAS. Before upgrade by adding extra switch and router, it was just pc and server machine connected together and to the dynamic wan. Now difference is that there is no wan ethernet cable here. I have wifi only. Also this time I skipped connecting switch and router since all but one ethernet cables are useless now, no? Functionally the switch and router with pfSense didn't contribute anything practical as the setup was still wip, as no fixed IP was acquired. How to be sure the IP is fixed? Another thing is, that I will be relocating to that previous location soon, so ideally any changed would like to be revertible quickly. I have concerns about deleting config/network.cfg manually form the flashdrive.
  4. Thanks for the reply Jorge! I'm trying establish connection from desktop pc via browser by putting "Local access URLs", the same which is shown during Unraid boot. However, what I get is "This site can't be reached." The server is not connected to the internet. Workstation PC is, via wifi. Both machines are connected with each other with an ethernet cable. On boot, Unraid shows the same IP as it was in the previous location. I can manoeuvre Unraid settings via webUI.
  5. Hi there, I have moved my server and a workstation pc from an office to home. Now I wish to reconnect to it., I have forgotten a lot from its setup by now. Could someone point me out at steps I should take to connect into my Unraid from the PC and access its NAS? Btw, At home I have connected both machines simply with an ethernet cable (like it used to be in the office before adding switch and router), however I have no access to LAN from IPS. I have wifi. Many thanks, DS
  6. Hi there, I am testing various functionality and Mover on schedule doesn't work. I do have installed additional plugin "Mover Tuning w/Age - Days Old". Enabling/disabling it doesn't make any difference. I can move files manually without any problem and the action is being logged. It's just that on Schedule it doesn't do anything. Not even logging. Here is diagnostic file; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1snx5jS3qYYLj6dM03O1pQbPgVlvHuerL/view?usp=sharing Appreciate any suggestions what could be the cause.
  7. Thank you for the reply. No, I used Space Invader's scripts from a 5yrs old yt video. Just run the mount script from the GitHub linked in the 1st post in this topic. https://github.com/BinsonBuzz/unraid_rclone_mount The script run successfully (so it says) and done tonnes of something (many lines were produces). At the end, it did change nothing, except nesting another gdrive folder within gdrive folder. None of the files are visible in Krusader (they are in Unraid). When trying copy a file into a secure ot gdrive folder, I have a prompt about no access. Why use Krusader at all? Shouldn't rClone itself be sufficient enough?
  8. Hi there, What could be a reason for Krusader to not see files from a GDrive cloud mounted into /mnt/disks/... as a unassigned device by rClone? I can see the files via Unraid file manager itself, but not via Krusader. I had similar issue, where I couldn't see files of the root folder, but it was resolved by making a host path to /mnt/ in the Docket config. Appreciate any suggestions. Update: Folders creates in the "secure" (encrypted) rClose directory, outside of Krusader, are being visible by Krusader. However, I can't move anything to the Secure folder via Krusader. The access is denied.
  9. Hi there, I am attempting to use rClone to make backup and sync with GDrive. I went through the installation, where token and encryption was generated, following Space Invader's tutorial. I was careful to correctly setup paths while installing Krusader. The issue I'm having is such that; When I am trying to move/copy a file to GDrive mounted in unassigned devices, Krusader claims that there is not enough space on the disk to write a file. Moving a file via Krusader to GDrive mounted as a remote disk via SMB, without using rClone, works just fine. The second issue I have is that, google drive and encrypted "secure" directories created while connecting rClone with GDrive, are empty. The way I understand it, is that rClone is mapping GDrive the way, unRaid thinks the cloud is actually a local unassigned disk. Should all the files from GDrive be already visible there? Could someone direct me where to look for the cause? Thanks, DS
  10. About to try the plugin, however since I pressed "Install" button, the app plugin is "Pending" from hours. Any suggestion? Thanks
  11. Hi, I'm a new user of rClone and when following the Space Invador's tutorial realised that I am missing the "File to edit" dropdown menu on the left side in Unraid's rClone settings. From that menu I supposed to be able to choose options such as "config", "rclone custom script", "mount script", "unmount script". I have a different menu instead, which allows me to choose branch. So I did, move to 1.60.0-beta.6433.ce3b65e6 but the menu is still missing. Appreciate any suggestions. Cheers, DS
  12. Thanks man! This solved the issue also for me, where Unraid was not loading GUI and being sort of stuck on blinking underscore in the top-left. OS files loaded up correctly and Unraid was accessible via MyServer, just no GUI.
  13. Thanks for the script! Do you have any suggestion, how to avoid these error when run the script? Script location: /tmp/user.scripts/tmpScripts/Run-Mover-At-Disk-Utilization-Threshold/script Note that closing this window will abort the execution of this script Warning: disk_total_space(): No such file or directory in /tmp/user.scripts/tmpScripts/Run-Mover-At-Disk-Utilization-Threshold/script on line 6 Warning: disk_free_space(): No such file or directory in /tmp/user.scripts/tmpScripts/Run-Mover-At-Disk-Utilization-Threshold/script on line 7 Warning: Division by zero in /tmp/user.scripts/tmpScripts/Run-Mover-At-Disk-Utilization-Threshold/script on line 8
  14. Thank you for extensive reply. It clarifies a few things. I am still building the big picture of everything server related. On occasion I ask blunt questions and sometimes their parts have wrong assumptions. True, there aren't as many servers as users. What stops Unraid being considered enterprise ready?
