One of my disk in the (small) array has flagged as 'disabled'. Smart test suggests it's ok, but diags attached for expert opinion and next steps.

    Device was already disabled at boot, so we can't see what happened, replace cables to rule that out and rebuild on top, if it happens again grab the diags before rebooting.
