Unable to update OS

Featured Replies

For the last 6 months or so, my server refuses to let me update.  It seems like it doesn't realize what server version it is on, as that no longer shows up at the header of the page.  And when I go to the update OS screen, it finishes loading, but the page doesn't populate anything.

Issue persists after reboot as well.  (I'm finally getting the motivation to post about the issue, lol)

Thank you in advance.

You can always upgrade (or downgrade) using the Manual method if for any reason it cannot be done via the GUI.

Well, my Google-fu failed me on that one.  I looked and didn't find that page.  But I was now able to update via SSH.  Though.... the issue persists.  The Upgrade OS page is still unpopulated.

Well I'm an idiot.  Apparently a TON of plugins weren't updated.... I just updated them and now it works.... I'm sorry for wasting time on this.
