I have a pcie x6 slot on my itx mobo and would like to know exactly how its wired as I'm thinking of getting an GPU for it if that makes sense? 

 

is there anyway of knowing via a command or something? (running unraid 6.12.13 )

The's no CPU slot with those CPUs, it's from the PCH, but depending on what the GPU is for it may still be fine.

thanks, im only thinking of getting a tiny arc a310 or similar to use TDARR to convert my plex lib to av1 as all almost all h.265 and I know that format is dead now so when I download new media I will convert to av1 rather than h.265 if that make sense, do you think it will be ok for that ?

I don't transcode, but for that I think it should be fine.
