我是7.00 beta3版本，安装了官方的Tailscale 稳定版插件后发现Tailscale总会时不时的离线，非常苦恼，是哪里出了问题？有没有保持tail总是开启的方法

    我用插件版本的 Tailscale 也遇到了这个问题，排查后发现是 Outgoing Proxy Manager 设置问题，其实就是全局代理的问题，不知道什么时候可以支持 noproxy，这样在设置代理后就可以允许 tailscale 直连，可能会在代理不可用的时候还能正常连接

    目前在用 easy-mihomo 不需要设置 Outgoing
