Setting up Filezilla - Configuration Question

N00b question here but what is correct way of setting up filezilla on unraid?

 

I've been using the out of the box ftp server and "fix common problems" kills it every time a reboot happens or update happens, so I am switching to filzezilla. Here is my current file structure and what I usually see when using the client after going into folder "user":

I rarely (but sometimes because of transfer mistakes) will move files between these folders but generally just move files into Media subdirectories (TV, Movies, HD Movies etc) but again sometimes I make mistakes and will upload a movie to Pictures folder or wtvr. I created /FTP_share but never use it.

 

What do I put for Container Path and for Host Path? Do I need a different host path for each FTP share I want or can I make it the way I had it before where is was just the entire main directory?
