Ombi not starting

I have had ombi up and running for over 2 years now. Recently had to rebuild my docker files due to corruption. I was able to bring everything back even ombi. But after a server restart ombi will not load the webui. I've tried different docker networks. I've stopped and restarted the docker and the server. The docker starts fine but won't load the webui
