I ended finding my answer on another thread turns out my router needed factory resetting and it was throwing errors on the internet bound port. I have 2 bonded 2.5gbit ports for my local and one 2.5gbit for outbound its better for the local if everything is set to automatic then it will set it up correctly. Was a user error on my part. All sorted now
