I have the problem that my Windows 10 VM no longer wants to start. The boot sector is probably damaged.
Therefore my question: Would it be possible to read the vdisk1.img somehow and get the data?

    You can map it to another VM and read it from there, boot a live iso with it assigned, some other methods are available to mount it dependin on whether it's raw or qcow2
