cache pool missing

Not sure why but my cache pool has gone missing. I shut down the server, disconnected the sata cable to the ssd and tried a different cable and sata motherboard, powered back on and the drive was now able to be seen and I was able to mount it. everything worked for about 15 minutes and I went to check back and now all my dockers stopped working and the pool is showing as missing again.

    Device dropped offline, try also replacing the power cable.
