PaDadof2 Posted November 29 Posted November 29 Yesterday, I was trying to delete some entities in Home assistant and got into the entities registry. Bad Idea, but I was able to restore a back up and this am, I was trying to add some new automations, the VM restarted and now I'm unable to get my VM to run. I've tried recreating the VM, but somehow my ova-9.5.qcow2 image was gone from from my cache drive pool. I downloaded a new image, haos_ova-13.2.qcow2, but I'm running into the same issue, it looks the the VM starts, it shows the green triangle, but I can't access the webui, or ssh into it. I'm at a loss, and hope someone can point my in the right direction. I tried to access the vm using VNC, and it wont connect. I tried using virt viewer, and same thing. attached are my diagnostics, thank you in advance! tower-diagnostics-20241129-1215.zip.crdownload Quote

PaDadof2 Posted December 1 Author Posted December 1 It opens, and says can't connect. Both of my vms show me that even though I can use them via ip address. As you can tell by my original post, I messed up bad. Not sure what, or how. I finally was able to use a new disk image, and got a new instance of home assistant running, but I'm stil unable to use the vnc server. Quote
