Unraid GUI not loading.

Featured Replies

I'm still having an annoying issue where every few weeks, my unraid UI stops responding. All my docker containers (and their UIs) still respond.

I can access SMB shares and SSH into the server during this time.

I've tried reloading nginx and php-fpm.

I attach my diags. Any ideas?

Not seeing anything that would explain the problem logged, there are a few NIC related issues, but if it's only the GUI it can't be that, do you know the approximate date and time it stopped responding?

I was on the UI this morning (18/12) GMT, then an hour or less later it was gone.

Try running the server in safe mode for a few days, to see if it still happens.

thanks. I'm going to run memtest86 for a few hours first. I've noted that most unraid gui issues mentioned on reddit are due to faulty ram.

If results come back clean, I'll try safe mode. My concern is that the issue is so sporadic; sometimes weeks in-between that safe mode may avoid it all together.
