So one of my data drives died yesterday. I currently have 3 4TB Drives and  1 3TB drive.  Lucky for me, the 3TB drive died.   I want to replace it with an 8TB which means I need to make the 8TB drive the new parity drive.  It this procedure still acurate or is there a newer one I'm not finding?
