    如果是首次登录的话，建议在docker里transmission看一下log。我安装qbitorrent时也碰到这种情况，log里会有一个临时密码。登录进去后会要求修改成你自己的密码。

    或者是docker 增加个变量

    -e WHITELIST

    试一试吧。内网可以访问证明配置没啥问题了，就是外部权限问题
