今天查看ZFS池，发现4个错误，如下图1，请问怎么修复？

另外还有一个问题，我ZFS模式为条带，后期加了第四个硬盘，现在硬盘数据分布不平衡，如图2，有没有命令可以重新平衡4个硬盘的数据占用？

    另外求问第三个问题，系统推荐我upgrade pool，要不要更新呢？
