I am still trying to get it to shutdown so I dont invalidate my parity but I am getting

 

Apr  8 19:53:54 Tower kernel: drivers/scsi/mvsas/mv_sas.c 1904:port 7 slot 0 rx_desc 30000 has error info8000000080000000.

 

in my syslog, it is attempt to unmount the drive and then I can post a complete syslog

 

but any idea what that line means?  hardware in the 8 port controller card, HD or something else?

 

will hopefully update post soon with full syslog...
