Hi, apologies. I'm struggling to get a free license key on a newly installed box.

 

I seem to be going in circles, but not getting any closer.

 

I'm a bit swamped in all the available info (some appears to reference pre v7), are there any simple steps?

What error are you seeing? But for key related issues, it's usually best to contact support.

Try logging out from account.unraid.net and then log back in, if the same, the most common reasons are:

 

- the trial is registered under a different email

- the initial trial expired over one month ago

 

For those, you will need to contact support
