User Shares Missing

Featured Replies

New to unraid and still tinkering with the setup. I had everything working well until I swapped out some hardware recently and had some issues after that so I decided to fresh install. I reinstalled unraid on my usb and swapped over my trial.key file. I have all of my array drives assigned as well as cache and some pools. The array will start but I don't have any user share directories. /mnt/user is empty. I've rebooted a few times now as well as in safe mode and can't get them to show up.

Looks like your disks are empty or mostly so.

User Shares are simply the combined top level folders on array and pools. If you have no top level folders on array or pools, you have no user shares by definition.

Correct, I just set this server up and formatted the drives. I haven't installed anything on it. Shouldn't there be some default user shares like appdata, domains, isos and system?

Enabling Docker will create the paths specified in Docker Settings.

Enabling VM Manager will create the paths specified in VM Manager Settings.

Awesome, that worked. I appreciate the help! I had looked at enabling docker before but didn't due to the 'path does not exist' warning. My mistake.
