January 31, 20251 yr Recently I just bought 2 Samsung nvme ssd, 2 sata hard drives, Asus ws w680 pro mb with ipmi. I connected everything. Now I can see the system information via IP on my desktop. I remotely updated ipmi firmware and BIOS. And downloaded unraid into usb. There was some error but later disappeared for unraid usb installation. after I plug usb to my new computer, I could not have it work. I can get to 30 days trial page. But after I click on it, it could not open the webpage. It seems that no internet connection. The 2.5gb nic port seems to be ok, but just could not get dhcp ip assign. I am confused. Is it issue with unraid does not have correct driver for Intel nic port, or bios issue, or ipmi port conflict with the two 2.5gb ports? I enabled onboard Ethernet ports on bios. please help!
