February 1, 20251 yr Hi All - The NVME drive I use to store the data for my family's minecraft servers keeps being forced to read only. I currently mount the NVME with Unassigned Devices and just docker compose from the command line to spin up servers on the fly for them with different configurations. Recent Changes: Upgraded to 7.0.0 a week ago. At first I thought the recent switch to Forge might have been the problem; however, the Fabric servers have the same problem. I am able to clear the logs to be able to remount and access the drive; however, that only seems to solve the problem for about 10 minutes. Looking at this post: After Googling for the past couple of hours I have realized I am out of my depth. Before I go poking around to see if removing ram pairs is part of the problem which was a suggestion I saw in another post, I thought I would post my diagnostics here before bed and see if anyone had ideas for me to try in the morning. Here is the error message - so you don't have to dig through the full diagnostics. February 1, 20251 yr Community Expert Solution Btrfs is detecting data corruption on multiple pools, I would recommend running memtest first.
February 1, 20251 yr Author You are right. Ran the test first thing today and errors abound. Thank you. 6 hours ago, JorgeB said: Btrfs is detecting data corruption on multiple pools, I would recommend running memtest first.
