Booting error

Featured Replies

When I reboot because I can't connect all of a sudden while using it, it stops during the booting process as shown in the attached picture and won't boot. I think there's a problem related to a USB disk, is there a way to solve it? Looking around, I think there are a lot of these problems in version 7.0.

Looks like a problem with your flash drive. Do you have a current backup?

Unfortunately, we don't have any backup data.
By the way, the USB disk is recognized normally in Windows, is there a way to recover it?

You must always keep a current backup of flash. The config folder on flash has all of your configuration, and it is all you need to get going again with your configuration on a new install.

You can download a zipped copy of flash from Main - Boot Device - Flash - Flash Backup. Also, Unraid Connect plugin will keep a backup of flash on Unraid Cloud.

Copy config folder from flash, reformat flash, recreate flash installation, copy config folder back to flash.

There is no flash backup data at the moment, so can I rebuild it with USB Creator and attach the config materials copied from the existing USB?
