seems sluggish/ nonresponsive and som edockers just disapered.

    The syslog in the diagnostics show that you are getting continual resets on the parity2 disk.  They are of the type that we typically see when there is an issue with the power or sata cabling to the drive.  This could explain the sluggishness.  You should carefully check (or change) this cabling.
