Netapp ds4246 and LSI SAS2008 getting UDMA errors and disks disconnecting

having bought a Netapp ds4246  to handle my discs correctly. no more duct taping my drives in place :P 
i also got a LSI SAS2008 HBA

 

At first everything seemed fine. all drives show up. but after some hours i began to get UDMA errors. and when i woke up this morning i se 2 drives disconnected. 

 

Please help me annyone

power should be supplied thru the 2x powersupply's in the netapp is there something i am missing ?

i have flashed firmware and bios.

gone se if anything changes.

Disks are disabled, do you mean the CRC count is still increasing for those disks without them being used?

i found the problem.
the cable form the shelf to my LSI was not snapped inn place only halfway.
