Syslog is full of Samba related crashes, difficult to say if it's hardware or bad config, but a place to start.

I recently replaced my motherboard and CPU, and also moved the AppData and System folders to an SSD.

Reboot, don't initially connect to any SMB shares, see if the errors are gone, then start connecting to the shares from all devices one at a time, and see if they come back.

After rebooting, it can run normally for several days, and then the error will reoccur.

Can I reinstall the entire system while retaining the array data?

Look in the syslog for when the SMB related errors start, they should start before the server has issues.
