Terramaster Fan Controls. Server is overheating.

Anyone knows if there is a plugin/app that works with Terramaster w N305 to read and control the fan?

 

Today I found a bunch of notifications with "HDD# is overheating", at some point there was a 82 C mark... great... did it shorten their lives significantly or are they on borrowed time now? 4 HDDs + 1 NVME

 

Restarted, turned off array, wanted to check later... started to see temp rising - checking the fan and it is not spinning.

 

I'm gonna check later if the fan is dead, but would like to know how to avoid this in the future.
