unable to boot unraid from backup or normal

I am currently running unraid 7.0.1 , My server wont boot from the flash drive even after showing the ip address it was unaccessible, so i downloaded the flast backup and did an instrall on same drive but no luck same issue continue, now i tried it on another usb and it works and even work with old tumb drive but not able to use the backup. can anyone please help me how to run unraid and lock to reconfigure it from start all the shares and not to loose data some how

    The config folder from your backup is all you need to get going again with all of your configuration on a new install.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
