Having trouble with "Unable to write to cache". Looking for help to solve.

Hello,

I have been having trouble with my server.  I've tried rebooting to solve but problems still persist.  Can someone help point me in the right direction?  I think I have plenty of space left in my system so my cache being at capacity isn't the problem.  I've tried New Permissions on all shares in case if it was a permissions issue and that didn't solve it either.

This is usually bad RAM, hopefully it hasn't done too much damage already.

Memtest is on the boot menu.

You should never attempt to run any computer unless RAM is working perfectly. Everything goes through RAM, the OS and other executable code, your data, everything. The CPU can't do anything with anything until it is loaded into RAM.
