March 8, 20251 yr Hi all After trying to install a UPS and having a few unexpected power downs in the process, I seem to have broken my docker setup. I am getting "Docker Service failed to start" and the logs show Quote Mar 8 21:29:39 Server kernel: BTRFS info (device loop2): using free space tree Mar 8 21:29:39 Server kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2): parent transid verify failed on logical 5825708032 mirror 1 wanted 1068482 found 1068486 Mar 8 21:29:39 Server kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2): parent transid verify failed on logical 5825708032 mirror 2 wanted 1068482 found 1068486 Mar 8 21:29:39 Server kernel: BTRFS warning (device loop2): couldn't read tree root Mar 8 21:29:39 Server root: mount: /var/lib/docker: can't read superblock on /dev/loop2. Mar 8 21:29:39 Server root: dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call. Mar 8 21:29:39 Server root: mount error Mar 8 21:29:39 Server kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2): open_ctree failed I have done some googling and saw this meant my Docker image was corrupt, andI have since deleted my vdisk, rebalanced my 2 cache disks, scrubbed my cache and rebooted several times, but this error and the docker service failing to start are persisting. Diagnostics ZIP is attached. Can anyone help me to understand what has gone wrong and how to put it right please? Thank you server-diagnostics-20250308-2145.zip
