Action Centre is showing some apps as UPDATED but when I install said updates it does not go away.

Action Centre is showing some apps as UPDATED but when I install said updates it does not go away.  I have installed them in action centre multiple times and they just come back as updated applications available. It like its stuck in a loop for these 2 applications. Binhex-plexpass annd hme assiste the 2 that keep coming back.  I have rebooted the unraid server with no avail.  I am running 7.0.0 .

    Chrome (Android)

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
